Due to the various experiences and knowledge acquired as ANA’s main-base caterer with the advanced operational system, ANAC strongly supports the flight operations from the standpoint of airlines to meet their needs. ANAC exceeds the expectations of not only ANA, but all our customer airlines as well. ●Introduced full-refrigeration to all food trucks in its earliest stages among the world, and ANAC is the first caterer to accomplish this in Japan. (Narita Division) ●Implements thoroughgoing education and training in order to ensure safety in ramp operations. (aircraft door operation, vehicle operation around aircraft, etc...) ●Locates food trucks on the assigned spot 10 minutes before ETA of the aircraft. ●Able to track real time information for check-in passengers by sharing the online system with ANA. It allows us to take prior actions to additional meal orders even in the last minutes. ●Places full-time loading staff for each customer airlines, who respond accurately with speed to each aircraft's arrival and departure. ●Besides regular flights, ANAC serves charter flights and private business jets that are increasing in number each year. Due to the diverse requests of the crew, we assign full-time loading staff of extensive experience with necessary language skills, flexibility and quick judgement. ●Handles more than 4,000 kinds of inflight service and bonded items. They are efficiently and carefully managed under the control of our responsible duty managers in accordance with the instructions by customer airlines. ●As ANA’s in-house caterer, not only do we provide meals and inflight service items, but we are entrusted by the airline with management of various types of medical equipments and instruments to be placed onboard as specified by the civil aviation law.
