Since the start of its operations in 1989, the Narita Division has strived to expand its business alongside
with increasing number of ANAfs flights among world-wide routes and by providing catering services for foreign
customer airlines.
Additionally, with the opening of Narita Airportfs second runway in 2002, in order to deal with the increasing
demand of inflight meal services, ANAC completed the extension work on its building at the Narita facility.
This has resulted in a 50% increase in productivity, or the ability to produce an average of 15,000 meals
per day (possible to produce up to 18,000 meals per day during peak seasons). |
