Awaodori Chicken and Mushroom Curry
This curry is a special entrée on ANA first class flights.
Made with Awaodori chicken from Tokushima Prefecture and known for its rich taste and perfect tenderness, the curry is prepared from an original recipe developed by
the chefs of ANA. Onions, hot peppers, ginger, and garlic are carefully sautéed to bring out the sweet flavor of the vegetables, and then curry powder and honey are added. Finished with melted butter, the delightful taste of
the sauce is a perfect match for the flavor of the Awaodori chicken. Enjoy this culinary masterpiece of the sky.
